If you follow my blog and posts regularly, you’ll realize that I typically only post engagements, weddings or personal posts. I’ve chosen over the last 3-5 years that I photograph Weddings and Engagement best out of the many photography categories (ie: newborn, lifestyle, family, seniors, etc). However, it’s fun to switch up the style sometimes and add in a few extra sessions a year! And because it’s also just fun to bless our friends with images that they can treasure for years to come!!
Just a side note: I’ve said it before and I’ll say it over and over again. I cannot believe how fast time is flying. Seriously. Just this past year, 3 of my childhood friends got married, and now another friend (from the same group that was already married) is PREGNANT and just days away from little Adelyn entering the world!! To say it’s been an honor to document all of these milestones for my friends is a complete understatement!!!
We were down to the wire in scheduling Jon + Brianna’s maternity session with just a little over a week to spare… and yes it was a little nerve wracking!! However, it couldn’t have worked out better because we were so blessed with a beautiful 70 degree day in FEBRUARY, plus a dreamy sun-drenched session!! Their session is one of my favorites with all of the sunshine we got to play with in the images!! At the end of the session we got to include a few props of Jon’s FAVORITE sports team for a few photos and I love the way they turned out!
It’s been such a joy to further my friendship with Jon + Brianna, and I cannot wait to meet sweet little Ade when she arrives!! Love you guys!!
