I’ve always had a soft spot for beautiful stationery (anyone else?!), so when Heather Paperie reached out about a wedding stationary branding session, I couldn’t say “YES!!” fast enough!
Heather Paperie is a full-service, luxury wedding stationery design studio run by the insanely talented duo, Heather Kahl and Emily Ziegler. They specialize in crafting classic and romantic custom stationery for busy couples planning editorial-worthy weddings. From save-the-dates to invitation suites, they take care of every last detail—design, etiquette, envelope addressing, white glove assembly, postage, and mailing. If this isn’t a bride’s dream, I don’t know what is!
For this session, we also included their amazing virtual assistant (who also happens to be a past client of mine), Emily Howell. Between the three of these ladies, their creativity, organization, and attention to detail was on full display!
A Wedding Stationery Branding Session That Felt Like Them
Heather and Emily wanted photos that would reflect their full-service, luxury approach while still showing the heart of what they do. We styled detail shots with their signature paper pieces, wax seals, ribbons, and color swatches. We also captured them working on their computers, flipping through sample books, and chatting!
Of course, we made time for headshots, team shots, and plenty of in-between moments that show just how joyful, collaborative, and thoughtful these women are! Tiffany from 139 Beauty Co. (another past client of mine!) did their makeup and had them looking as stunning as their designs!
And let me just say, this gallery was packed with SO many favorites. Narrowing them down was nearly impossible!
Elevating Their Visual Brand
Heather Paperie will be using their new branding images everywhere, from Instagram and Facebook, to their blog and Pinterest, to printed materials they share with couples and vendors. They’re making sure they cover ALL of their bases! The goal of our wedding stationary branding session was to add more variety to their content, increase engagement, and reflect the luxury, personalized service they provide!
