Crystyn + Luke — A Fall Outdoor Wedding, Newmanstown, PA

One thing that amazes me about photography is the people you meet and get to work with.. hearing about their dating years, their favorite movie or even their favorite Taylor Swift song ;) I met Crystyn through another girl, Kristin, [which I actually met at a wedding I was second shooting.] and got to know her over the past few years. Meeting someone new for the first time and trying to imagine photographing their wedding, and learning SO much about them is just mind blowing!! But it’s awesome too!! :) Crystyn is SO down to earth and absolutely a gem to work with. After weeks and months of planning, their special day finally came. White chairs set up on the front lawn of Luke’s parents house, overlooking the valley. Carefully placed florals and aisle decorations, and a box of umbrellas. The forecast was calling for light rain right over the time of the ceremony, but surely this wouldn’t stop Crystyn from walking down the aisle to meet her Price Charming! Thankfully, there was just a light mist prior to the ceremony, allowing the rest of the day to be overcast with no rain! :) It truly was such a “proud friend moment” watching Crystyn begin her new life with her soon-to-be husband, but also capturing the beauty of it all. Luke + Crystyn, your wedding was perfectly you two; Relaxed, simple and fun!! What an incredible honor it was to share in this special time with you! xo!

Crystyn couldn’t have picked a more perfect dress.. even she said…and I quote, “I wanted to sleep in it!!” finishing touches.. 19A I wasn’t kidding about that gorgeous view!! MARRIED! :) moments like these are so precious to hold onto to.. now THAT’S what you call a bridal party!! mmmm… canvas material!! ;) love theses shots captured by Alison!
