Friends! It’s here!! This is ACTUALLY HAPPENING! And am I totally nervous/excited?? YES! Is this blog exactly the way I always pictured it? Well, not exactly..but that’s totally okay!! Since day one of Kelsey Renee Photography, I’ve dreamt of having a blog… but blogging about what? Yeah, that’s still being decided. My hopes and prayers are that this blog, this business and my interactions with clients is only uplifting and a place to learn and grow with one another. Without Gods continual guidance and providence, none of this would be possible. It’s all because of him that I am able to share my gift of photography with others!
Over the past two days, there was a two-day giveaway filled with Body Butter, Tea and a Giftcard to HomeGoods! I’m overjoyed with all of those who entered in the giveaways to help celebrate a new “addition” to KRP! And the winner of the $50 HomeGoods gift card is…Rachel! *cue the confetti*
During the brainstorming process of what I wanted my brand to try and represent came down to these few words: Cheerful, Romantic, and Authentic. [and elegant, modern, bright, clean..etc.] My main goal when interacting with my clients is to HAVE FUN. The wedding planning can be overwhelming at times and it’s easy to feel stressed out, I get it! But rather, I want it to be a time of EXCITEMENT and happy things because you’re planning an amazing day that will never happen again! Besides, laughter is the best medicine.. right?;) Being real and authentic allows the romantic moments to be even more emotional and heart-melting! (Why try and be anyone else anyways?) I LOVE working with clients that love to have fun, but are so in love that the authentic moments don’t need to be posed.
The overall feel that I want you to show from the website/blog were: plain & simple, emotional, cheerful, elegant, bold, classic, bright, clean, ..etc. Here are some of the examples that helped tie it all together:
and the fonts to go along.. I’m SO beyond excited for this new step in business, as this was a big deal for me! A little extra time, TLC and an amazing support group was all it took :) Be sure to stop by the newly updated WEBSITE, or share a comment below on what you’d love to see on the blog!
To him be the glory..for all good things come from him,
