It’s always a treat to be back at a wedding venue like The Barn at Stoneybrooke. The photo options are endless, the venue staff is so friendly and welcoming and their backup rain plan is also a bonus! Not to mention that we truly had a beautiful day with no rain and cool temps!! That’s a win in my book!
If I would sum up Irv and Kara’s wedding at The Barn at Stoneybrooke into one word it would be, “party”. These two had a blast on their wedding day, truly laughing all day long. Especially during the reception, which I’ll get to next.
One of the coolest things took place during their reception. The DJ had the dance floor packed full and in the middle of dancing, they all stopped. Everyone turned to the American flag that Irv & Kara hung up, and just belted out the national anthem. Then the DJ played, “I’m proud to be an American” while everyone sang along and then went back into dancing. It was the coolest thing to witness and be a part of as we sang along and grabbed photos of it happening! Enjoy some of my favorites from their wedding day!
