I think every time I post Longwood Gardens Engagement Photos, I fall more in love with that place. Truly, it’s one of my most used locations of all times. Which, can you blame my clients? There’s new locations every time you go there and there are still spots to be discovered!!
Jon and Cynthias Longwood Gardens Engagement Photos are one for the books! Not because of how perfectly their outfits paired with the location (spoiler alert: 10/10!!) but their personalities we so warm and welcoming! After chatting over email, I couldn’t wait to meet them in person! I loved the way that Cynthia fit perfectly when Jon wrapped his arms around her. Or the way that he would light up when he was looking at her. I know their wedding day will be just as incredible (and well styled) as their session was!
“We met during pharmacy school in Memphis, TN. Jonathan was in his third year, and I was starting my first year. We met at a Redneck Yacht Club-themed party during my orientation week.
Not really, but he did teach me how to swing dance and asked me out on a date that night, and we have been together ever since!”
“After he graduated in 2018, he moved to New Jersey for a pharmaceutical industry fellowship. We did long distance for 2 years, until I graduated and followed him up here. We now reside outside of Philadelphia and are proud parents to a Border Collie-mixed, quarantine pup named Lilo.”
“Jonathan initially had plans to propose to me after my graduation in May 2020 with my friends and family present, but the ceremony was canceled due to COVID. Later that year, we decided to host my cousins for Christmas, since the entire family wasn’t getting together that year. Jonathan decided he would propose during that time, because logistically, it made sense to propose on Christmas Day in order to remain inconspicuous, he says.”
“After we opened our presents, we took some family Christmas photos with our matching “Baby it’s COVID outside” shirts and pajama pants. Right as we were finishing, Jonathan reaches into the couch and pulls out a box (that was the only place he figured I wouldn’t find it, and he was right!). If you know him, you know he does NOT like absolutes and will avoid using them at all costs. But as he opened the ring box and got down on one knee, he says, “You know I don’t like absolutes, but I absolutely know I want to be with you forever.” and I think I ugly cried.”
