What does being a Residential Realtor mean to you?
“I help buyers find their dream homes and sellers meet their goals – whatever they may be. Helping first time home buyers and teaching them everything they need to know about the process from start to finish is something I love. I also love helping aging sellers who have been in their homes for 20, 30, 40 years and are [finally] ready to rightsize into something more comfortable. Or, the in-between, the sellers/buyers whose families are growing and they need to sell their first home for more space! I have a true passion for what I do.”
There are many realtors to choose from when looking to buy or sell a home. What makes you different from the rest?
“My passion for this business, my genuine care for all of my client’s goals, my honesty and my communication all set me apart. My clients will ALWAYS feel like their best interest is what is most important. I have actually talked buyers OUT of buying homes when I knew it wasn’t the right fit for them or if I saw red flags that they wanted to look past. At the end of the day, I want raving reviews and clients for life. If I ran my business any other way, it wouldn’t feel right.”
How does a prospective client know if you’re the right realtor for them?
“My ideal clients are ones that appreciate my honesty and thorough processes. We have so many systems in place to make a stressful process of buying or selling a home so much LESS stressful. My clients will let me be their guide, while also feeling like they are the decision makers at all times. They are kind and caring and respect me just as much as I respect them. They are just as grateful for me as I am for them. :)”
Can you tell me more about the non-profit that you are a part of?
“My great friend, Katelynn Devinney, founded Pockets of Hope in the beginning of 2022. It started after her mom’s second breast cancer diagnosis. At this time, myself and Kiersten Lopez also help Katelynn run the non-profit.
We sew pockets into the inside of hoodies and ship them all over the world to women who are recovering from their mastectomies. The pockets that are sewn inside the hoodies, hold the drainage tubes and bulbs that women need while they are recovering. These hoodies allow them to heal more comfortably and even leave their house if they want to while still having the drainage tubes in place.
We started the nonprofit just over two years ago and we have shipped nearly 10,000 hoodies (to all 50 states and even overseas) so far. Feel free to find us on Instagram, Facebook, or at our website.”
