Photographing a Wedding Coordinator Branding Session was such a fun way to branch out with my branding sessions. While a branding session isn’t geared toward any one specific business, it’s always fun to add new businesses into the mix. Kassidy, with Kassidy England Coordination, was the perfect person. Meeting and working with her was so much dang fun! She is sweet and spunky with a lot of knowledge and a lot of laughter.
As we planned out her Wedding Coordinator Branding Session, it challenged us to think outside of the box beyond using a laptop. I love that we were able to incorporate her personal side with her fun and easy personality with snacks, Starbucks and expensive water ;) We were also able to showcase a small glimpse of what her job entails with computer work, setting up a tablescape and more!

“I recently started my business after so many of my friends asked if I would coordinate their weddings. I started to branch out little by little which I helped with before the start of my business. Getting these services is thought to be a luxury and most couples do not think they can afford coordination. Unless it is provided to them by their close friends and family. After a crazy past 16 months, I questioned a lot about myself, my goals, and who I truly wanted to be in the future.
One morning, days after withdrawing from a nursing program with 2 classes left until I became a Registered Nurse, I had an overwhelming amount of motivation to start this business. Because I want to be able to offer reasonable coordination services at a more affordable price I do not plan weddings, I execute them. I allow couples to personalize their wedding to fit them, exactly how they want it to be. 8-12 weeks before their wedding I gather a lot of information from them to create a packet, which they will ultimately approve. This packet will guide me for the length of the event. I made this document as detailed and inspiring as I can so I can reflect want the couple wants for their wedding day!“
“I have always been a very detail oriented person. I followed that calling and enrolled in a local nursing program. 2 classes until I graduated as a Registered Nurse, I withdrew from my program. After swallowing the pill of not becoming a nurse [pun intended], I had more time to become creative and enhance a natural ability of mine. I ultimately started this business to offer couples and their loved ones the ability to enjoy the day they have been dreaming of for so long.
Everyone planning a wedding knows how quickly things can add up. I wanted to be able to offer couples coordination at an affordable price. Having someone other than your loved ones manage your wedding should not be a luxury. Every wedding deserves coordination and order. Watching couples and their families enjoying the special moments of their wedding day always puts a smile on my face.”
“Because I am not a wedding planner, rather a wedding coordinator, I am able to offer couples day of services without the large price tags that planners require. Since I do not work with clients in the earlier stages of planning their wedding this makes my services more affordable. We really start diving into the depths of wedding information about 8-12 weeks in advance. This allows me to get a good idea of what my clients expect on their wedding day.
In the weeks leading up to their wedding we are in contact about anything and everything they need. When the day comes I arrive at the venue and start working on the event. I’m at their service for the day to make sure their needs are taken care of and the wedding day is exactly what they deserve. So very much goes into planning this day. The people who devoted that time, effort and energy into planning such a wonderful celebration of love should be catered to also on that day!”
“I booked a branding session to start my business. I wanted to be viewed as more professional in my career. With the amount of talented, creative people in the industry setting your set apart by showcasing who YOU are and what YOU bring to the table was ultimately my why. Because my services rely heavily on the other vendors at wedding events, I normally do not have wedding photos until later. Investing in branding photos allows me to capture me not only as a wedding coordinator but as a self-care, coffee loving, growing individual.”
“5. Through out the process from brainstorming ideas to the session day you were able to take my thoughts and capture them! I normally am in the role of coordinating but allowing you to do what you’re so talented at is something I would pay for time and time again. You were always conscious of representing my brand through the photos and during our time together. Not only were you authentic to my business but you were my personal hype girl. You constantly directed me throughout the session. From what I’ve seen puts a cherry on top of the work and dedication you’ve put into my branding session.”
“I honestly have trouble answering this question. The documents I received for execution were very well planned and organized.”
“Is it an investment, yes. Does it pay off, yes. The confidence I have gained from seeing those photos – insanely professional and personal. Being a younger, newer business owner and having the sense of professionalism is something that can take a while to gain without years and years of experience. Investing in branding photos allows the professionalism to be portrayed while showcasing your authentic self.”
