Riverside Blooms – A Florist Branding Session

I think one of the best things about branding sessions is the uniqueness of all of them! Sure, I could photograph the same type of business over and over again, like a Florist Branding Session. However, each business is run differently which allows me to strategize and really highlight those areas that make it unique. Especially this session, that took almost a full year to complete and photograph!

Marci, with Riverside Blooms, has such a cool business! In short, she is a flower farmer! What made this Florist Branding Session unique was that we actually photographed her flower farm multiple times throughout the year. Getting to see her fields of flowers change with the seasons was so cool to learn about and experience!

What is the name of your business and what do you do?

“Riverside Blooms is a seasonal cut flower farm located in Western Lancaster County, PA. We specialize in growing high quality cut flowers for bouquet subscriptions, farmer’s markets, DIY brides, and local designers. We love the seasonality of the flowers we are able to grow here on our farm. With the change of each season we are able to experience many varieties of flowers throughout the growing season.”

Why did you get started in flower farming?

“I love being in the soil, tending the plants we grow and being rewarded with beautiful blooms! I love bringing life and beauty to our local community and economy! Lastly, I believe flowers bring joy and healing to every event in our daily lives.”

Obviously we had to include Grayce into the session – she couldn’t get enough the camera and hanging out with us during the sessions!

I love that for one of her sessions, we were able to sneak in some anniversary photos! Personalizing your branding session is key and I love that this was one way that Marci did it!
